The holiday home “Podere Nannera” is about 800 metres from the house lies the medieval village of Malmantile, with walls dating from the fourteenth century. Here, there is a post office, a bar, a grocery store and tennis courts. The larger town of Lastra a Signa lies 5km away, where there is a municipal swimming pool and a hypermarket.

DOCG Chianti grapevines. The surrounding countryside is typically Tuscan and the unique city centre of
