Cancellation Policies
Here is our cancellation policy:
- Until 30 days before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, with no further loss;
- From 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date, your deposit twill not be refunded, but you can use it for a future stay at Agriturismo La Lucciolaia within 6 months from cancellation (subject to availability);
-from 14 days to 3 days before arrival, loss of 50% of the rental cost;
-from 2 days before arrival, loss of 100% of the rental cost;
-no‐show and early departure: loss of 100% of the of the rental cost.
Shortening the period of your stay will be considered a cancellation.
