Villa Silvana is a typical farmhouse in a rural setting where the upkeeping of old traditions is combined with a touch of the modern. It is located at 400 mt above the sea level, at the foot of the walls of Trevi, a beautiful hilltop medieval hamlet listed among the “Italy’s prettiest hamlets” (I Borghi piu’ belli d’Italia”).
Surrounded by centuries old oaks and olive trees, the farmhouse is the perfect place to relax and leave behind the stress of your daily routine while enjoying one of the many leisure activities available at the facility or in its surroundings: taking a walk in the olive grove, having some quiet time by the swimming pool, discovering the local wildlife in one of the natural reserves and tasting genuine and traditional look .

Breakfast: served 8am to 9.30 am every morning, is made of a buffet of sweets, cakes, fruit juice and hot drinks will be prepared on requests.
Function and conference room “La Serra” (“The Greenhouse”) of approximately 70 sqm is a communal space where it is possible to socialise, play board games, watch TV and read. The room contains a bar and can also be used for meetings and conferences and can host up to 40 seats; it is also fully equipped with a sound system with speakers and microphone, white board and TV.
Outdoor swimming pool with sun lounges for hire. Ample shaded spaces allow to relax in peace by the pool even in the hottest hours of the day (please note that the use of the swimming cup is mandatory).
Hides for animal watching immersed in the olive grove to spy on the many surprises provided by Mother Nature while completely surrounded by Her.
Kids Playground with merry-go-round, swing and slide.
Mountain bike hire with provision of detailed information and maps of the cycling paths and trails. Upon reservation we can also organise bike tours suitable for everybody guided by Gaia or Enrico.
Pick up and drop off service: if you require Gaia or Enrico will pick you up and/or drop you off at any of the nearby railway stations (Borgo Trevi 4€, Foligno 8€ and others as well on request).
Furthermore in the surroundings of the farmhouse you will find plenty of opportunities to practice sports, taste delicious local food and wines or simply relax.
Where we areTREVI, medieval village in the province of Perugia, located at 413 meters above sea level is home to major events such as art exhibitions and historical re-enactments and is famous for its precious oil, the distinctive feature of its economy.
