SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
 

Notes
Prices are in Euro and include TVA.

Method of payment: a deposit of 30% is required upon booking. This may be sent via bank transfer or Euro postal order.The remaining 70% is due in cash upon arrival at Il Poggiale.
 
A holding deposit for damages is taken at the beginning of your stay. This is € 150 per week or € 70 per mid-week stay and is refundable upon your departure.

Services upon payment:  -- Heating: euro 13 per day (apt. Ciclamino,Petunia,Primula,Violetta), euro 15 per day (apt. Ginestra,Ortensia), euro 18 per day (apt. Girasole,Lavanda,Rosmarino)  -- Washing machine: euro 5 per wash. -- Bikes: euro 20 per week / euro 5 per day, each.  -- TV (upon request): euro 20 per week.

It is possible to consume meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the agriturismo nearby at convenient price.

To guarantee a pleasant stay to all of our guests, no animals are allowed, save for special agreements to be discussed in advance.
