Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is possible until 1 week before arrival. The penalty is equal to 30% of the entire stay.

Notes
* A cot bed and eventual high-chair can be added when requested°No animals admitted;
* Bicycle hire on request - 5 euro a day or 15,00 euro a week;
* free parking;
* Final cleaning included in price;
* Minimum stay of 1 week during the high season, 2 days during the rest of the year;
* Use of heating – 10,00 euro a day per flat;
* All linen is included in the price: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom;
* Cancellation possible up to 1 week before arrival. Cancellation fee equal to 30% of the whole stay;
