SOME TOURISTS HAVE ASKED...

Desidererei trascorrere una notte, per due in Val D'orcia -Toscana- presso un agriturismo che abbia anche la mezza pensione e possibilmente ubicato su una collina della valle (caratteristico della zona).

Aux alentours de Rome , 2 semaines juillet ou août , 2 adultes et 3 enfants, je recherche un gîte avec si possible une piscine à proximité ainsi que de la restauration avec des produits locaux, en bref, de la détente , de la verdure et quelques bon petits plats......

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 6 e 8 anni)e cerchiamo un agriturismo nei pressi di Gardaland1. una notte con colazione con eventuali biglietti a prezzi agevolati per ingresso al parco

Buscamos alojamiento en la zona del Chianti con desayuno incluido. Nos gustaria un lugar centrico para poder movernos a ver otros lugares y poder hacer alguna cata de vinos. Gracias!

We would like to stay in Tuscany in August. We are a couple In the late fifties from Norway and we are spending tree weeks travelling in Toscana. A nice place with good Italian food and wine. Aase and Helge.

Cancellation Policies
Bookings are valid only after payment of 30% of the whole amount due and the balance should be paid immediately on your arrival. Any cancellation by guests will involve the payment of different charges according to the total amount of stay,beyond the fixed sum of 50,00 euro: 10% of the total amount from booking day to 30 days before leaving; 30% for cancellation til 29-18 days before leaving; 50% for cancellation til 17-10 days before leaving; 80% for cancellation til 9-4 days before leaving. If cancellation occurs during the last four days before leaving or If your holiday is cancelled for any reason during your stay,the farm will not pay any refund.

Prices include for the rooms in hotel formula: the traditional salentine buffet-brunch (from 9.00 to 11. 00 a.m ), daily-cleaning, bath-linen with change bi-weekly and bed-linen with change weekly, air-conditioning and central heating, minibar , TV, use of the swimming pool and entertainment facilities, reserved seat for the car, and only in the Middle and High season the seat reserved in the private beach to 2 km. (umbrela+ two deck-chair for the one room).

Prices include for the apartment/Flat residence formula: consumed water, light , gas, air-conditioning and central heating, kitchenware , bed-linen , bath-linen and table-linen with change weekly, TV, use of the swimming pool and entertainment facilities , reserved seat for the car and only in the Middle and High season the seat reserved in the private beach to 2 km. (umbrela+ two deck-chair for the one apartment).
