Cancellation Policies
The reservation is confirmed with the payment of the 30% of the total price (it can't be given back), to be make by bank transfer. The rest will be paid on the arrival, after having seeing the apartment.
Deposit € 100,00 to give on the arrival; it will be given back at the end of the stay.

Notes
Prices include: swimming pool, bed linen and towels with weekly change; uses; final cleaning; baby bed (on request); parking in a private area.

Additional costs: on request, the breakfast (€ 10,00 per person per day) and extra weekly cleaning (€ 12,00 per hour); pets allowed only in “Case Fiorite” and in “Casa Banano”, the cost is € 5,00 per day for each dog and € 3,00 per day for each cat.
Tourist tax: calculated on the arrival.
