In a place preferred for its natural, archaeological, and cultural resources, Azienda Agricola Monteverde extends across a hill of approximately seven hectares, to the slopes of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia.
The unique sea of Cinque Terre, the nature of Versilia and the Parco delle Apuane, frame the farm which is found 6 Km from the coast.
Vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees are cultivated with passion and professionalism. Marmalades, vegetables and organic eggs are also produced. D.O.C. wines from Colli di Luni and extra-virgin olive oil are sold directly.
All apartments have heat and air-conditioning.
Available to the clients is a panoramic swimming pool in the middle of the olive trees, with a certified instructor offering individual or collective swimming lessons, upon request.
There is also a small gym with technogym equipment, and a life path "in nature".
Tennis courts and riding grounds are outside the farm, but are easily reached in just a few minutes.
Bank, pharmacy and general necessities are found in the immediate area.
Restaurant service is not available.
Upon request: aqua-gym lessons, fitness with a personal trainer, Shiatsu massages, daily cleaning, baby sitting and laundry.

Canoeing and fishing on the Magra and Vara rivers.
Sail boat and motor boat rental.
Natural, cultural, wine-food tasting, and archaeological itineraries.
Further, tennis, horse riding, Mountain Bikes itineraries, swimming pool, sailing lessons, scuba diving lessons, deep sea fishing, golf courses 20 minutes away (Lerici and Forte dei Marmi).
Activities on the Farm
Jogging path, ping pong, panoramic swimming pool (6x16 m.), olive harvesting, visits to the olive presses of the area and to wine cellars famous for Colli di Luni DOC wine.
1000 meters away is the Enoteca Pubblica della Liguria (Public Wine Cellar), in the historic centre of Castelnuovo Magra.
Agriturismo Monteverde is located at just 6 km from the sea.

Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia, Monterosso), Carrara's marble quarries, Fosdinovo, Castelnuovo Magra, Ortonovo, Nicola, archaeological digs of Luni, Lerici, Tellaro, Fiascherino, Bocca di Magra, Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago Puccini, Castelli della Lunigiana, and Viareggio.
In around 1 hour: Lucca and Pisa
