The 300 hectare farmland, the private pond and the 2 hectares of wood are part of a nature reserve, where are living our nice animals, a pony and two "amiatini"donkeys.
The farmhouse is built according to the typicalTuscan country style (stone, terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings) and are surrounded by wide gardens, cipresses, lavendel and rosemary bushes.

We are glad being able to propose the real and traditionalcooking of the Tuscan countryside with our special product tastings and dinners. Our guests will discover our tasty pizzas, crispy bread and focaccia, baked in our wood-fired oven. Furthermore there is our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and our red wine, made of the traditional Tuscan Sangiovese and Trebbiano grapes. The flour derives by our antique and bio-wheat, ground with our stone mill.
For those who are curious to learn more about traditional Tuscan cuisine and how the poor farmers once used to prepare their meals, we offer on request short cooking courses.
