Housing

The agritourism Falcare is a cottage immersed in a land over 100 hectares, consisting of:
8 spacious double room ( in which is possible to add a third bed ) equipped with colour television, private bathroom with shower cubicle;

2 flat, one with two rooms and another with three rooms, both with 4-5 bed, consisting of entrance and kitchen,

2 bedrooms and a bathroom, another spacious entrance with kitchen and a divan bed (2 beds), bedroom, bath.

Anyway, rooms equipment is in poor art style with beds in wrought iron. Each room have a different name that recalls a flower of the place ( eglantine, purple orchid, daisy, hawthorn, crocus, fern, etc… ). Furthermore the structure have a great open space, with gardens and parks for children, a truly opportunity to relax and to have a fun with family, a room to have breakfast and a restaurant where is possible to taste typical recipes, with flesh, vegetables of our own production, as well as wild vegetables and pore mushroom ( that nature and wood offer us on the basis of season ) dressed with extra virgin biological olive oil.

The restaurant offers homely atmosphere, various typical Gargano’s meat specialities, mushrooms and vegetables in season;

In addition the guests can get pleasure from a huge use of products of our farm company’s biological agriculture.

Falcare's Farm is also "Farm of the Panda" (WWF).

Principal activities are:

Cultivation of biological products, among which vegetables, tender wheat, hard wheat, bowline, oat, lupines, oil extravergine of olive;

Breeding of animals. The business and famigliare philosophy it has a preference for the breeding of autochtonous races of Puglia or better of the Gargano. You will have therefore way of meeting in the zones reserved to the breeding, wild boars, horses murgesi, donkeys of Martina Franca, some cow podolica. All of our animals exclusively eat forage and biological cereals of our production.

Surroundings

Holidays in the “Falcare” Farm can be occasions of excursions in the forests characterised by high shafts of Ragusa Valley and  Quarto Forest; but also they are ideal places in order to visit San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte S.Angelo, the typical towns of the Gargano, the characteristic cave of S. Michele in Cagnano Varano and the gorgeous Adriatic sea’s coast of the Gargano, which is  just  20 minutes away from the farm.
