Housing

There are 5 independent flats in the Estate's manor house, each one for 4 people, with a bedroom, bath, TV, living room with sofabed and kitchenette and 1 double bedroom with bath which all together can sleep up to 22 people.

Any events requiring lodging for additional people can use nearby hotels where we have special arrangements.

The flats (approximately 50 sq. m.) are for “2 + 2” people, and in some cases it is possible to add a fifth bed, the bedroom (approximately 25 sq.m.) is for two guests and has an ensuite bath, TV and minibar.

All of the rooms are very spacious and elegant, with terra cotta tile and parquet flooring.

The flats are composed of:

·a double bedroom with TV and separate bath (an additional bed can be added in some cases)

·a living room with sofabed and kitchenette

· private outside garden (for flats on the ground floor).

The kitchenette is fully equipped (fridge, hob with 2 burners and microwave oven) in order to be able to cook meals and bath and bedroom linens are always furnished (with a weekly change, daily service available upon request).

Some of the flats also boast a traditional fireplace.

The double bedroom is located on the first floor of the manor house, it sleeps two and is composed of a bedroom with TV, minibar and separate bath.

The "Fonte di Papa” guesthouse's objective is to keep and retain the value of the natural and agricultural surroundings, environment and history of the place, offering different activities such as the hospitality of travellers, horseback riding,horse therapy for people with handicaps, recreational, cultural and sporting activities. 
For people who want to spent nice and relaxing holidays in Rome, the "Fonte di Papa" guest house is the ideal place.

You can horseback ride in the 10 hectares of the property and in the paddocks of the riding school inside the property, ride mountain-bikes, play tennis as well as table tennis, and basketball, and relax in the swimming pool.
Together with these more traditional activities, there are also activities for people with handicaps like horse therapy, always under the supervision of people specialised in these fields.

A step away from Rome on via Salaria.
Along the ancient Via Salaria, less than 30 minutes from the centre of Rome, the "Fonte di Papa” country guest house (Tenuta Agricola Fonte di Papa”) is located inside the Marcigliana Nature Reserve.
