Housing

The rooms have no air conditioning but they've a ceiling fan positioned above the bed. Each room has its own peculiarity, characterized by the colour of the flower that names them. Moreover, 6 rooms are equipped with an amazing loft: Girasole, Viola, Calla, Lavanda, Rosa e Ginestra. The other two rooms, on ground floor, are equipped with facilities for handicapped persons: Papavero e Margherita.

At present time we can offer bed & breakfast accomodation.

We offer a traditional buffet breakfast, with home made cakes, confitures and pies. We also have bar, reception, breakfast room and a large car park.

You can also taste very good wines made by Berluti family, such as Rosso Conero DOC "KRONOS" and Esino Bianco DOC "S.CIRIACO", our olive oil, our confitures and many more home-growing products.

In our farm you can by all these products and spend your time swimming (a new swimming pool will be ready in early march), horseback riding, mountain biking and trekking. Furthermore we have built a small recreation ground for children where they can have fun during sunny days, playing with our childern.
