This fall and winter, the Foresteria il Giardino di Fontarronco will open its doors on a Bed and Breakfast basis, living up to its reputation as an intimate and sophisticated spot for holiday retreats.
For the first time ever, the Main Villa of the Foresteria, with its 5 rooms (2 of which are suites), will accommodate those looking for a truly authentic and unique Tuscan get-away.
Each of the rooms comes fully equipped with its own bathroom (with shower or bathtub), minifridge, TV with Satellite, and telephone.
Each morning, breakfast will be served in the centrally located dining room, which is just steps away from the bedrooms. The room is tastefully decorated with traditional Tuscan furnishings and a large fireplace that will be burning all day long. There's no better place imaginable to return to after a long day of exploring the nearby wineries and hill towns!
For those guests who prefer to spend their days relaxing in the villa, there is a wide selection of magazines and newspapers in the sitting area next to the fireplace.

Betto was Bianchini's cousin and lived with his wife in the rooms behind the cellar; helped by his wife, he produced wine and all its by-products.
The apartment features a bedroom with bathroom and a small living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. It has its own space in the garden with a porch and garden furniture, overlooking the apple orchard.

[The Wine cellar] Originally the wine cellar, the rooms are distinguished by cross-vaulted ceilings and very thick walls. These characteristics provided ideal temperatures for wine conservation even during the hotter periods. Today it features a large bedroom with bathroom and spacious living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. It has its own space in the garden with a porch and garden furniture, overlooking the apple orchard.

It was the old home ot the head of the family and of his daughters Crezia, Carola and Beppa.
It has 4 bedrooms with private batbroom, with fridge bar and TV SAT, a spacious 1iving-room with centuries-old fireplace, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has its own space in the garden with a porch and garden furniture overlooking a main garden of the Villa.
It sleeps 8+1, 170 square metres.
Private Chef is available. For additional rooms with I Bianchini, also available Il Seccatoio (2) and La Piccionaia (2).  
   
Apartments: Nonno Duilio
[Grandpa Duilio] They were originally the rooms of the oldest member of the Bianchini family. Having handed over the reins to bis son, he retired to a large home were he could receive his family every day. It has 3 bedrooms with private batbroom, with fridge bar and TV SAT, a spacious living-room with old fireplace, dining room and a fully equìpped kitchen. It has its own space in the garden with a porch and garden furniture, overlooking a main garden of the Villa.
It sleeps 6, 170 square metres. PrivatecChef is available.

He looked after all the Bianchinis' farmyard animals. The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV.

[The Tobacco Shed] These premises were used to dry tobacco and even today, despite being on three floors and self-contained, they have kept all their characteristics. They feature a bedroom with bathroom, a large intermediate floor and spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV.It has its own space on the garden with a porch and garden furniture, overlooking the peach orchard.

The large swimming pool (16 x 8) features 5 Jacuzzi massage corners. Surrounded by orchards and shrouded in the colours and aromas typical of Valdichiana, the Guesthouse offers relaxation and unforgettable emotions.

Dinner is an event not to be missed. We provide our guests an exclusive restaurant.
During the cooler season, dinner is served in the comfort of the old stables restored respecting Tuscan traditions.In summer, dinner is served on the patio where you can enjoy the warm evenings and fantastic views of our orchards and the Tuscan hills beyond.

Our guests have the opportunity to experience the delights of typical Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by some excellent Tuscan wines. A perfect end to the day.

 Wine cellar
For all people who enjoy fine wine, we couldn't miss the chance to restore the old wine cellar where the Bianchini's family used to store their wine during the winter.

The cellar now hosts the best Tuscan wines - Chianti, Brunello and the Super Tuscans. Not forgetting our own superb extra virgin olive oil. We also organise group wine tastings by arrangement.

 Products
The Illuminati have produced fruit for 4 generations. Our agriturismo, the Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco is located exactly in the heart of the 1200 square acre Estate. On the farm we produce red, white and dessert wine and an excellent extravirgin olive oil.

We produce a very small quantity of olive oil ( 50 litres ) and a few hundred bottles of wine are on sale only at Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco.
The wine produced on the farm is definitely different than most of the best-known tuscan wines: it is authentic and made easily, It was a genuine wine drunk by a farmers !!! We produce 2 different types of red wine, one type of white wine and a dessert wine as well.

Our best wine is called Tenorio della Foresteria and is composed of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. It is 12,5% alc and is very good to drink when eating red beef and grilled food.

The other red wine which we produce is called Gioviale della Foresteria. This one is lighter than the Tenorio and is composed of Sangiovese grapes only. It is 12 % alc. Being quiet light, it is very nice to drink during the warmest months of the year.

The white wine is called Trebbianello and is made from the local trebbiano grapes. It's 11,5% alc. It is excelent when drunk very cold as an aperitif.

We also produce 30 bottles of dessert wine per year called Vinsanto. It is very sweet yet strong. It is very nice to drink with a soft dessert. It is made from Malvasia and put into 20 litre barrels for 24 months. It is 16 % alc.
