The Tenuta Poggiale Holiday Farm is situated in a very nice position between sea and land, it is about only 5/6 km from Marina di Grosseto and Grosseto city; about 15 km from the ancient town of Castiglion della Pescaia and about 15 km from the interesting Natural Park of Maremma; 

--In times gone by, “Tenuta Poggiale” was an historical rural settlement of the Grossetean. It’s seems that small building(once used as horse stables)and a nearby watering-place go back to the time of the Lorraines and was built during the Grand-Duchy of Peter Leopold

The premisis used are composed of first-floor apartments and rooms for 19 persons. An apartment is in the “Fattorale” (four persons)and the double bed rooms (6 double rooms)  and the house of the “Nonna”are in the “Podere Madonna”

For our animal friends there is the possibility to have your pets with you. By the way in “Tenuta Poggiale” there are two dogs: Nuvola and Nutella

For these of you who like cycling there is a cycling-track which passes right in front of us. It goes from Grosseto to Marina di Grosseto.

If you have small children with you, there is a little playground in the small shady pine-wood.
