Accommodations:
fuor double bedrooms with bath (en suite) and sitting room. TV and extra-bed;
one double bedroom only with private bath and TV;
one small detached house with two double bedrooms, bath; kitchen/dining area with domestic appliances, TV and fireplace.

Each accommodation consists of a well-furnished bedroom for two, bathroom and sitting room with extra bed, all part of a beautifully restored farmhouse.
Meals based on regional recipes of the countryside can be prepared on request for at least six people. Casa Nova uses exclusively genuine local products. By arrangement, guests may also have use of the large common kitchen.
Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.

All guests have use of the spacious hall/living room on the ground floor, the large garden and the 50, hectares of farmland (123 acres), with its meadows and woods of centuries-old oak.

The farm grows grain and vegetables, and maintains orchards, olive trees and vineyard, producing its own olive oil and wine.

Situated on a hill with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Castle of Montepò, the Casa Nova farm stands in the heart of the Maremma region.
