Le Gore: farm-house on 2 floors, with a beautiful porch turned to restaurant.

La Ginestra and La Rosa both have a large sitting-room with a combined kitchen and an open fire-place as well as a double bedroom.

Erica and Fiordaliso both have a large kitchen and 2 double bedrooms.

The bedrooms have a cosy and itimate character, refinely furnished, and have their own bathroom.

The apartments are all independent and surrounded by a large garden with barbecue, wood-heated oven, swimming-pool with under-water massage, solarium and parking spaces.

Surroundings

If you're a person who loves to walk and explore, you could spend an entire vacation in Sorano, never needing to use a car - simply walking in the woods surrounding the village or in the archaeological park, or participating in the antique craft courses periodically held.
Still, it would be a shame not to have a car available in order to take advantage of the excellent geographical position of this Maremma village, an ideal base for excursions in the outlying areas.

Sorano is only five minutes from Vitozza, site of ancient dwellings carved in rock, from Pitigliano, a miniature Jerusalem with a synagogue and kosher wine, and from Sovana, city of the soul.
In twenty minutes you can reach beaches of Lake Bolsena - for the Etruscans, earth's navel, where you can swim, sun, and fish.
A half hour's drive will take you to the Natural Reserve of Monte Penna; the Natural Reserve of Pigeletto and the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno; the Wildlife reserve of Mount Amiata, and the WWF Oasis of Vulci.
In forty-five minutes you can visit the splendid art centers: Orvieto, Viterbo, Chiusi, and Tarquinia. Or enjoy a plunge in the healing waters of the thermal baths in Saturnia, San Casciano Bagni, Chianciano, Bagni Vignoni. Or visit the beaches of Capalbio and Mt. Argentario, or take the ferry to the Island of Giglio.
An hour away lies the Park of Uccellinia, the WWF Oasis of the Orbetello Lagoon, and the Natural Reserve of the Feniglia Dunes. Or you can visit the Garden of the Tarot, the garden of sounds, the garden of Daniel Spoerri, the ancient city of Castro, museums, and much, much more.
