The Podere Lecceta is an organic family runned farm, located on the beautiful hills of Tuscany.
We offers to our guests the possibility of a relaxing stay in touch with a natural and unpolluted environment.
At the first floor there is a big common living room of 50 sqm., with fireplace, sofas and armchairs, books on the environment and on the animals, tourist guides, many brochures on the main attractions of the area.
During your stay you can have a taste of our extravergin organic olive oil and our organic fruits.
We live at place and we will be happy to help you during your stay.

The swimming pool is reserved to our guests. It is treated with salt, and equipped with parasols, small tables and deck-chairs. A masonry large stairway makes the access to the pool easier and a sun-shower provides hot water. The swimming pool is open about from mid-june to mid-september, every day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. . and from 3 to 8 p.m. The closing periods are necessary to carry out the daily maintenance and cleaning work.
Near the house, the open air area is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, pergola with chairs and tables, and little playground for children with swing, seesaw and two outdoor musical instruments.
On the first floor of the house, there is a wide common living with fireplace. A little bookcase is provided with books, guides and sheets containing tourist information on nature and environment, arts and museums, entertainments and sports, etc.
We can provide you a baby-sitting service, with extra fees, pleas ask us more informations during reservation.
We have an agreement with the Thermal Bath of Casciana Terme, and you can have a discount on their services, also for go to the open air hot (36°) swimming pool.
We can reserve for you a guided tour (with taste of typical prodouct, taste wine, cooking lesson) organised by a tour operator of this area.
At last, we live here and we will be happy to give you all informations you need.
Where we areIn the surroundings, you can find
several pleasant places, hystorical and art sites, and trekking paths in the nature, with beautiful panoramas.
Chianni, 4 km. far is a nice
medieval village, there you can find a beautiful church, several shops, restaurants and services (post poffice, bank).
At about 10 km. there is
Casciana Terme, with an important
Thermal and Well-Being Center, where you can find a
big swimming pool with hot thermal water (36° Celsius also during the winter) and different kinds of medical and well-being treatments.
In an area of about 20 Km. from Chianni, you can find
several nice medieval villages where,
traditional festivals and fairs are held, mainly during the Summer. Among them:
Peccioli is the seat of the
Russian Icons Museum, and of the
Prehistoric Park (mainly for the children), where giant tridimensional reproductions of dinosaurs are placed along an open air route.
At about 25 Km. there is Volterra and
S. Gimignano is a little farer, wanderful medieval cities with many important museums and historical monuments.
A little farer, there are the beaches of
Cecina and Vada (40 Km.) and important art towns, like
Pisa (40 Km.)
Florence and Siena (about 80 Km.).
