"Il Mulinaccio”, an agritourism farm, located in a quaint Etruscan village named Pastina, a part of the community of Santa Luce, whose provincial city is Pisa, in the wonderfully romantic region of Tuscany. The property is surrounded by olive trees and is in the middle of a country setting offering a spectacular and colorful four season view.

The family run farm offers five comfortable rooms decorated in the region’s impeccable style. Each private room, in its simplicity, offers a level of warmth associated with the typical Tuscan farmhouse and has all the comforts associated with modern lodging, such as, air conditioning, private bathroom, TV, and dedicated heating. Two of the rooms offer an outdoor balcony overlooking the splendid grounds and verdant local landscape.

For lovers of fine cuisine, our in house restaurant offers each guest a chance to sample a delicious array of local foods cooked in a pure 100% extra virgin olive oil, produced by our own mill and paired with our own signature fine wines.

Added amenities here at “il Mulinaccio” include lounging by our in ground pool, strolling our grounds and being in close proximity to major cities such as Pisa, Florence and Siena, as well as the wonderful Mediterranean coast, with its many beaches, just a short drive away.
