The farmhouse holiday homes Santa Lucia and Capanne are divided into two homesteads.

The Casolare Santa Luciais an ancient homestead of brick and clay built in the 14th century, today perfectly reconstructed with respect to the architectural style. In the middle of the hilly countryside of Siena, in one of the most beautifulareas of Tuscany and only a few kilometres from Siena. Divided into seven apartments and furbished with a lovely combination of original antique and rustic tuscany forniture. Every apartment has a kitchen and some with a private garden and some with a fireplace. The apartments can sleep from two to six people. Inside a court-yard with arches and grounds;surrounded by a natural garden with lawns, trees, fruit trees, olive trees, bushes and flowers from where you can admire a delightful view of Siena country-side and the medieval city of Siena.

The Casolare Capanne finely reconstructed and also very ancient going back to about the 13th century. Built on a hill it gives the impression of almost touching Siena with ones finger, on the same road as Santa Lucia. Capanne has a central building and a cabin,the central building is divided into three apartments and one large living room. The cabin is a separate and independent apartment. All the apartments have a ground floor and a private garden and can sleep from two to five people.
Both buldings have swimming pools with umbrellas, deck-chairs and sunbeds in a sunny panoramic position.

Housing

House Santa Lucia:
Siena (Sleeps five people) a ground floor apartment of about 100 square metres,consists of three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds and one single) a large living -room with fire-place, kitchen area with cooker, dishwasher, television, two bathrooms with shower. A private external gazebo with table and benches situated outside for meals in a private garden so it is possible to admire the view all the way to the city of Siena.

Belvedere (Sleeps four to seven peple) a first floor apartment of about 130 square metres.Consists of a large living-room with fireplace, kitchen with cooker and dishwasher, and television; two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds and two bathrooms with shower. A terrace which over-looks a court-yard and a private garden with table and umbrella for outdoor meals. The apartment can also be rented to only four people-closing off the three bedroomed room.

Pozzo (Sleeps two people) a ground floor apartment with private garden, table and chairs for outdoor meals; consists of one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living-room with kitchen area, cooker and television.

Loggetta (Sleeps three peple) a ground floor apartment consisting of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, bathroom and entrance suitable for disabled people and wheel chairs, living-room with kitchen area, cooker and television. A vine-trellis out-side with table and chairs for outdoor meals.

Loggiato 1 (Sleeps two people) a two room apartment situated on the first floor with a private table in front of a wide glass panel at the entrance of the lodge. Consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living-room with equippid kitchen area, cooker and television. Outdoor space with table and chairs available on the ground floor.

Loggiato2 (sleeps two people)a two room apartment situated on the first floor with a private table in front of a wide glass panel at the entrance of the lodge. Consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living-room with equipped kithen area,cooker and television.Outdoor space with table and chairs available on the ground floor.

Loggiato3 (Sleeps two people) a two room apartment situated on the first floor with a private table in front of a wide glass panel at the etrance of the lodge. Consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living-room with equipped kitchen area, cooker and television. Outdoor space with table and chairs available on the ground floor.

House Capanne:
Melograno (Sleeps two people) a two room apartment situated on the ground floor, consists of living room with equipped kitchen area, cooker, dishwasher, fireplace and television, double bedroom (or with two single beds on request) bathroom with shouwer. A washing- machine is available for use in the bathroom. The apartment also has a large garden with table, chairs and umbrella, independent  entrance.

Alloro (Sleeps four people) Apartment with independent entrance on two floors. On the ground floor is the living-room with fire-place, settee and television; kitchen with cooker dishwasher and washing-machine, second bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there is a double bedroom with single beds, bathroom with bath, double bedroom with bathroom and shower. The apartment has a private garden with table and chairs for outdoor meals.

La Corte (sleeps five people) a delightful court-yard with table and chairs and a garden in front of the apartment which is divided into two floors; on the ground floor there is a large living-room/dining- room with fireplace,settee and television. A kitchen with everyday comfort:dishwasher and cooker, a bathroom with washing-machine. On the first floor there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom (2 single beds on request)a bathroom with bath,a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

La Capanna (Sleeps four people). An independent apartament on the ground floor with spacious private garden including table and chairs for outdoor meals. Consists of living-room with kitchen area, cooker, dishwasher, washing-machine, fireplace and television. A double bedroom (2 single beds on request). Bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with bathroom and shower fitted out for disabled people and wheelchairs.

Salone For groups of people who wish to rent the whole house can request the use of a large sitting room with fireplace and kitchen, use of this setting room is a sedarate payment.

Surroundings

The two homesteads are both situated one kilometres distant fro the other. They are situated in the splendid country-side of Siena, but at the same time have the privilege of being only eight kilometres from the city of Siena and two kilometres from the first town where it is possible to find restaurantes, chemists, markets, banks, cigarette and newspaper shops, railway and bus station. The roadin wich the two homesteads stand can be covered on foot or by bicycle.

Get to the cities of art such as Siena (8 km) Florence(60 km) and Arezzo (45 km) also towns like Pienza, Montepulciano, Cetona, Cianciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Asciano, Monte Oliveto, Sant'Antimo and the Chianti all reachable in less than an hour.
