THE APARTMENTS

In the house there are three comfortable and carefully furnished apartments, accommodating respectively 2, 2, or 4 people. Apartments are all self-sufficient and independent from the manor house.
A small laundry is available for guests of both apartments.

The apartment "La Malva" (ground floor, …. sq. m.) is ideal for a couple, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one spacious bedroom, and bathroom with shower.

The apartment "Lo Spigo" (ground floor, 40 sq. m.) can also accommodate two adults, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child. It is composed of entrance/living room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom looking on the garden, and bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment "Il Timo" (first floor, 53 sq. m) has a wonderful view on Siena and the surrounding countryside. It is composed of two double bedrooms, a big and fully equipped kitchen/living room and a bathroom with shower.

Services

In the farm house it is possible to relax in the shady garden over a glass of wine, or walk along the paths of the surrounding countryside, among vineyards and olive trees. A wood-oven and a barbecue are also available for guests (with owners' assistance, if needed) as well as bicycles and games for children.

It is also possible to organise guided tours to Siena, the city of the worldwide famous 'Palio', and to the other many tourist-sites of the region.

Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino, il Chianti and the many other tourist attractions for which Tuscany is renowned are all very easy to reach from La Prodaia, as our house is located at the heart of the region.
Furthermore, according to our idea of hospitality we will also be pleased to point put other less-famous but equally interesting sites.
Escaping from the main tourist routes you will encounter wonderful surprises: we will thus be happy to suggest and explain you how to reach some hidden jewels of Siena’s countryside, which will surely impress you, remaining among the most precious moments of your holiday at La Prodaia.
