“LE CASE”, is a large property with some very nice Villas and Cottages completely immersed in the beauty of fields and woodland form the natural park of Mount Subasio.. We are located between streams, springs of mineral water, woods but also attorned by many cultivated fields of our biological farm; so the maximum expression of what “Mother Nature” is able to create.
The farm holidays rises in an ancient agricultural village completely restructured of approximately 30 hectares of land only 10 km away form the center of Assisi. It offers various combinations of stay together with widths relax-zones, and one panoramic swimming pool ideal for vacations to the highest standard of relax in the tranquillity of an incontaminated nature.

It is a versatile structure either for an holiday of completely relax or maybe to be assisted 24 hours from a staff careful and available to let you enjoy the discover of the surrounding areas taking advantage of the wide spaces we have and also for walking-trekking in one of ours paths that starts from us towards the forests and the tidy fields of the estate. “LE CASE”, are the ideal place in order to organize banquets and receptions, group activities, business meetings and formation courses, all those activities already tasted from quite a long time, are always ready to satisfy variuos requirements and demanded professional necessities.

Housing
The structure provides 12 double/triple rooms with a bathroom, a dining room that can seat up to 40 people, a banquet hall, a reading hall and a reception.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable and they offer a panoramic view of the valley and of the surrounding property. It has terracotta flooring and ceilings that are insight. The colours have a soft and suffused approach, blend in well with the elegant and simple furnishings, and are always functional. Furthermore, the structure offers rooms that are adequate for the disabled.

The structure offers a pool that is equipped with deckchairs and sun beds, which is open in the summertime. The two reunion halls are different in size, one can accommodate 50 people and the other one can accommodate 150 people. The wide spaces in the open air, of this farm are skilfully and elegantly groomed, intensifying the beauty of the nature and are completely at the disposal of our guests.

The kitchen proposes regional and national traditional dishes, prevalently utilising the farm products. Salami and meat that are bred in a wild or natural state, vegetables that are biologically cultivated, bread and pasta that is made by hand and to end off there is homemade beer. Everything is served and prepared with attention and passion.
