Housing

On the first floor of the building there is a flat comprising a double room, a room with three beds, a bathroom with shower, a little kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace and a large porch which is ideal for relaxing breakfasts. For the people who are fond of good cuisine there is the possibility to use a wood-burning oven or a barbecue.
On the second floor there are three double rooms two of which have a bathroom in common, while the other one has its own private bathroom. It is possible for groups of people to rent both the rooms and the flat.
Next to the country house there is a one-single room (a mono locale) of about 30 square meters which can take in two or three people. It comprises a little kitchen furnished with a fridge, a gas-cooker, a sink, a table and another space where there are a double bed, two bed-side tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a sofa and a bathroom.

In front of the building there is a large garden equipped with tables and deck-chairs for the guests.

On the ground floor there is a tavern where genuine and home-made food cooked according to the typical Umbrian culinary tradition can be tasted. Meat, vegetables and wines are produced by the owners themselves.
The guests are offered the opportunity to choose between bed and breakfast or half board.

“Casanova di Campersalle” offers a number of attractions which guests can enjoy: a bath in the below swimming-pool (8x16 meters), a relaxing and healthy walking in the nearby countryside for a closer contact with nature, excursions by mountain bikes.
Not far from here there is a place where it is possible to practice horse-riding or play tennis.

Surroundings

At a short distance from Casanova it is possible to visit an Umbrian holiday resort of great renown: The Lake Trasimeno for the people who are fond of swimming and sunbathing . For the others who are interested in history and art treasures enchanting medieval little towns like Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Cortona and Perugia are easily reachable from here.
Moreover, these towns are very famous all over the world for their music concerts, their festivals and theatre performance, in addition to local special events like ad exhibitions, handicraft and antiques markets.
