Canalicchio Country Resort is ideal for those seeking a quiet place, surrounded by the green Umbrian countryside and hills, far away from city noise.

The resort consists of 14 hectares of land planted to arable crops (wheat, sunflower, corn) and has a private lake for fishing.

There are eight apartments for a total of 30 people receptivity, with facilities for disabled people. In the garden surrounding the pool you can find many varieties of plants, bushes and flowers: acacia trees, olive trees, rosemary, lavender, roses, viburnum, in order to create different colours and scents of the seasons.
 
Housing
There are 8 apartments of various sizes for every need: from studios, ideal for couples or singles, with apartments for 4 or 6 beds, perfect for families or groups of friends.

An apartment dedicated to the disabled is available too, without any architectural barriers to services and facilities.

The house is surrounded by a park with swimming pool, ample parking is also available.
