Housing

The property buildings have been restored into very tastefully decorated apartments, comfortable and with each an outside area.
The apartments are in two different buildings. One building is closer to the swimming pool and houses three apartments. The other building has two apartments. Each building has a washing machine and a freezer for communal use. There are barbecue available. All apartments have free internet and satellite TV.

The building closer to the pool houses apartment La Pineta, Il Noce and Il Lago. Il Noce e La Pineta are on the ground floor and Il Lago is below them, also on the ground floor because the building has been built against a hill.

Apartment La Pineta (one bedroom, 2+2, 40 sqm)

Ground floor apartment with big terrace with view. This apartment is next to apartment Il Noce and they are identical. La Pineta is closer to the swimming pool.
One enters in the living area with two seat sofa (can be made into a comfortable double bed) and a kitchen corner with dining table. The kitchen has an under-the-counter fridge, 4 pit gas cooker, microwave (no oven) and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with two single matresses. The bathroom has a shower.

Apartment Il Noce (one bedroom, 2+2, 40 sqm)

It is identical to La Pineta, apart from the furniture.

Apartment Il Lago (two bedrooms, 4+2, 57 sqm)

Ground floor apartment with terrace with view.
One enters in the living area with two seat sofa (can be made into a comfortable double bed) and a kitchen corner with dining table. The kitchen has a large fridge, 5 pit gas cooker, an electrical oven and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have a double bed with single matresses. The bathroom has a shower.

The building further away from the pool (but still close by, less than 1 minute walk) houses apartments L’Ulivo and L’Olmo

Apartment L’Ulivo (one bedroom and 4 extra beds on a 'mezzanine' floor, 50 sqm ground floor + the “mezzanine”)

One enters in the living room with unique table made of a root of an olive tree and a sofa for two. Steep stairs go to the mezzanine floor with on the living room side two beds, a wall with door and on the bedroom side two more beds. The height here is for adults to low to stand upright, but for children it is fine.
The kitchen is on the left and has an under-the-counter fridge, 4 pit gas cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with two single matresses. The bathroom has a shower.

Apartment L’Olmo (one bedroom, 2+2, 38 sqm)

One enters in the living area with two seat sofabed (can be made into a comfortable double bed) and a kitchen corner with dining table. The kitchen has an under-the-counter fridge, 4 pit gas cooker, a microwave oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with two single matresses. The bathroom has a shower.

If requested, supplies can be ordered ahead for the day of arrival.


Upon request: cooking courses, tourist guide, hunting for mushrooms and wild asparagus, picking olives.

La Fonte is northeast of Perugia, in the hills 400 meters above sea level, and only 14 km from the international airport of Perugia Sant’Egidio (stopover for Ryanair), and close to the principal art towns in Umbria and Tuscany.
