Housing

CASA SFONDO
The house has been divided into two separate, very comfortable and spacious apartments. Both apartments are fitted with all modern conveniences (washingmachine, dishwasher, telephone, TV and autonomous heating system) to ensure full autonomy. Outside, visitors can prepare open-air meals and use the furniture and barbecue unit which have been installed for this purpose. Guests may also use and sunbathe close to a large natural swimming-pool located on the property, which is definitely an important asset on hot summer days.

THE ALBERELLE APARTMENT
This apartment is located in the west wing of the house. The night area, on two levels, makes this a suitable solution also for couples with children. On the ground floor, the open kitchen, dining area and living space with an old fireplace create a setting where it is possible for families or groups of friends to cook, eat and relax together. Like the large country families of many years ago. On the first floor, a single bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom are decorated with warm colours. On the second floor, visitors may use a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom, again distinguished by their decorative fittings in harmony with the general rural atmosphere.

CASA LENTINER
This farmhouse is divided into two apartments, each of which has been equipped with all the necessary modern conveniences such as a washingmachine, dishwasher, telephone, TV, wireless connection and autonomous heating system. A portion of the house is used for bed and breakfast accommodation. Each apartment gives onto a pretty garden area, where visitors can relax or dine in the evenings. Guests are also welcome to use the natural swimming-pool.

THE CARPINO APARTMENT
This apartment, situated in the central portion of the building, is an ideal choice for couples with children. On the ground floor there is a dining and kitchen area and a living space with an external portico, where it is possible to have meals or talk and relax or just enjoy the panorama and the slow pace of country life. A double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with bathroom, are located on the first floor. The furnishings of the apartment are sober and elegant and perfectly in tune with the style of an old country estate.

THE ROVERE APARTMENT
This apartment is in the east wing of the farmhouse. Very comfortable and carefully decorated, this is an excellent choice for families with children or for young couples or friends. On the ground floor, there is a daytime area with a cooking space, a dining area, a living space with an open fireplace and a welcoming portico outside, where guests can dine and relax in a very tranquil setting. A double bedroom with bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. The first floor has a very pleasant double bedroom and a comfortable twin bedroom, both with a bathroom. The covered terrace offers a splendid view of the castle.

ROOMS AT THE CASA LENTINER FARMHOUSE
The Lentiner property has 9 bedrooms that are let out to guests who prefer the ‘bed and breakfast’ formula. These include twin and double bedrooms (maximum capacity: 18 persons). This section of the property contains a breakfast room and a large room where guests can work or simply relax. Wooden board flooring and original wooden beams generate a sensation of warmth and tranquillity. In the garden, which is equipped with tables and umbrellas, it is possible to prepare open-air meals. ‘Wireless’ connection is available on the three floors of the entire complex. The breakfast room, with an open fireplace and the adjacent kitchen area, is on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with bathroom. The winery
The Collalto family have been leading figures in the history of the March of Treviso ever since the 12th century, when they started the agricultural activity on their lands that has continued uninterrupted until today.

Already in the far-off Middle Ages they concentrated on growing vines and producing quality wines, at that time sign of power and undoubted eminence. The dual concept “wine-land” - which has today become an integral part of the cultural heritage of the Italian wine-producing world - finds a renowned forerunner in the Collalto farm enterprise that may by all rights be compared to the great French “chateaux”!

Surroundings

The Collalto Estate, owned for centuries by the princely branch, runs through vineyard, woods, lands with free roaming herds on the hill sides, and arable lands on the plain.

It is a perfect place where starting lots of sightseeing around the Veneto region, like Venice (50 km), Padua (65 km), Asolo (35 km), Cortina d’Ampezzo (100 km).
