The farm house,obtained from the restoration of an old country building, has got three bedrooms (with four beds each) and a flat for six people at most.
Each room has a different colour and a typical style that reminds of a cosy and comfortable place.
Each room has got also LCD TV,rafrigerator, Conditioned Air, large bathroom and an indipendent and assisted for disabled entrance.The linen is often changed. There is also a big room for breakfast with TV and a common bathroom.
Excursions on bicycle (you can rent one). It is also possible to have wonderful walks in the wide surrounding natural area.
On the lawn there are outdoor entertainment for children, recreational activities, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven at your disposal.
Where we areCavriana, our village, still has the typical structure of a fortified ancient village: in fact, a stately fortress dominates the village from the high of a hill.
Cavriana boasts two important historic-environmental attractions: the park of Villa Mirra and the Romanesque church “La Pieve”, linked one another by a pedestrian run.
Inside Villa Mirra there is the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits the interesting Romanesque material found during various excavations.
The “Pieve” (XI century) is one of the most famous monument of our area. Inside the little church you can see some frescos of the XII century.
Castellaro Lagusello
typical medieval village surrounded by walls that you can admire from our farm house.
Borghetto e Valeggio sul Mincio they are two smalln adjoining villages, few km far from us.
You can reach them by crossing the historical, stately Visconteo bridge.
Borghetto rises on the shore of the Mincio and you can also go along the shore of the river on bicycle.
Valeggio is Known for its big and majestic Sigurtà Park.
Mantova
in Mantua you can visit Gonzaga’s residences:
Palazzo Te (with Mantegna’s frescos) and Palazzo Ducale; you can also visit the Basilica of St. Andrea’s with its cupola designed by Brunelleschi.
Verona
in Verona you will see important historical monuments, such as the Arena.
Verona is also well-known because it’s mthe city of Romeo and Juliet, the famous couple of the Shakespearean tragedy.
Garda Lake
The lake Garda is the main Italian lake and one of the most important water reserves in Europe. With its long neck that ends between the rocks of the shores, heritage of the Ice Age it has always left the different travellers breathless, trying to describe its wonderful colours and reflexes.
Northwards, the lake is wedged between the mountains, while southwards it extends in the Plain, between the hills and the gulfs of Peschiera and Desenzano.
