Sandra e Mauro manage a nice farm holiday immersed in the green region of Abruzzo. Lying between the blue flags of the Adriatic Sea and the National Park of Majella – a mountain which is a unique example in Europe as skiers can also enjoy the view of the sea - our small hotel is situated in the open country looking towards the left bank of the Tronto river.
It is an oasis for the families who long for living country life following its seasonal rhythms and its products but also enjoy all the other tourist attractions within few kilometres from skiing to sunbathing on the seaside, from golf to daily excursions to hermitages or to ancient remains as well as to all the other towns in the nearest regions - Umbria, Lazio, Marche, Molise, Campania and Puglia.

La Capezzagna is located in RIPA TEATINA, a little town on the top of a hill surrounded by mountains and wide valleys where local cultivations, such as vineyards and olive groves once used for rearing silkworms, are grown.
Looking at our landscape the sight is caught by the blue strip of sea on one side and the Majella mountain chain on the other side. Thanks to our panoramic position you can reach sea-side and mountain towns in little time, besides other cities such as Chieti and Pescara which are very easy to get to.
The healthy and mild climate most time of the year make it ideal for those who enjoy the quietness of small villages after excursions to our sweet peaks or to our beaches which still preserve a familiar atmosphere.
In little time our guests may visit remarkable towns and villages situated within 40 kms.
From the Adriatic coast to the Majella mountain chain, driving along the main road you will enjoy the sight of Trabocchi, fine or pebble beaches, trading and tourist port, vineyards, olive trees, multi-coloured land patches as well as villages which are full of history, local food traditions and great hospitality.
