The Dimora degli Etruschi (Etruscans’ Dwelling) is in Civitella Cesi, a picturesque small country village whose traditions live on in the simple customs of the local people prevalently devoted to the free cattle- breeding, from which the production of the excellent local meat, and to the agricolture, above all the olives cultivation from which the estimed olive oil of Blera.
In our country residence you can spend some days in the Nature, far from the frantic rhythm of modern life and getting pleasure from a plane ad homely hospitality, tasting the typical gastronomy rich in savoury and genuine dishes.
Accomodation into comfortable, large, well-lighted rooms fournished according to the traditional italian country style, it’s possible to arrange some more beds, while one of them is for disabled people.

Experimental archaeology:
Etruscan pottery and wall painting courses; courses of Etruscan and Roman gastronomy; besides it’s possible to assist to the fire lighting with stone and “archetto’’ (small bow), metals smelting into stone moulds, glass hot-working according to the ancient technique; how to prepare roman cosmetics and to build a proto-historical house and so on.
Horse-Riding:
Riding-school and horse-back excursions through wild and charming paths of unique beauty.
Our riding center is endowed with a stable to host 18 horses into boxes, 25 stalls, 20 horses, jumping ground, a vancar to carry 5 horses.
A 11x6 metres swimming-pool is at disposal of our guests during summer.
