Our plates derive from a careful research on the ancient Tuscan cuisine, a subtle compromise between cooking archaeology and nowadays taste.
Flours, legumes, vegetables, honey, oil, butter, milk, cheeses: all the products we use in our kitchen come from organic and bio-dynamic agriculture. Our Tuscan bread is naturally leavened; meat comes from livestock reared following natural farming practices: they are fed by access to natural foods, and are allowed to breed freely. Let us introduce Tuscany from its best side: quality.
We do not have a written menu since we want to decide our plates according to the best ingredients we will find when we go shopping. We know that the best recipe is the one which reminds us of the past flavours, the flavours of our childhood spent in touch with nature, next to our granny's cookers.
We can prepare together your dinner, and lead you into the world of Tuscan wine, oil and cheeses. We can also organize an exclusive dinner to celebrate a special occasion with your friends.
