Villa la Grotta takes its name from the nearby mountain stream "Grotta", which flows down the lower slopes of the Pratomagno Mountains. The spacious Villa is part of a splendid restored “borgo” or village, dating from the late 1700's, which has been completely restored in an elegant Tuscan style incorporating every modern comfort. The Villa, including an adjacent restored farmhouse, contains warm, inviting apartments and rooms, which bear the names of famous Tuscan artists.
