Situated on a hill with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Castle of Montepò, the Casa Nova farm stands in the heart of the Maremma region, in an area of great naturalistic, environmental, historical and archaeological interest.
The 50-hectare farm includes meadows and oak forests with riding and walking trails. It lies 25 km from Grosseto and 30 km from the sea and Orbetello (Monte Argentario). Thirty kilometres to the south are the thermal baths of Saturnia and several Etruscan sites, while in the other direction lies the Regional Park of the Maremma, which extends from the Mountains of the Uccellina down to the sea.

All guests have use of the spacious hall/living room on the ground floor, the large garden and the 50, hectares of farmland (123 acres), with its meadows and woods of centuries-old oak.
The farm grows grain and vegetables, and maintains orchards, olive trees and vineyard, producing its own olive oil and wine.
