The "Podere Tancredi" is a Tuscan estate consisting of a main house and three independent buildings about 20 km south of Siena. It offers tranquil and panoramic views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
From one part of the estate you will have a view of the undulating hills which mark the beginning of "Crete Senesi"; from another part you take in the Oaks' Woods which form the border with The Maremma. The Podere Tancredi is best characterized by these two different (but both spectacular) landscapes.

All guests have use of the swimming pool, situated in a natural terrace with a panoramic view of the Crete Senesi, tennis courts and outdoor areas for each apartment.
The furniture in the apartments is carefully selected with your comfort in mind and each apartment comes with its own independent heating and television. Parking is available on the grounds of the estate and laundry services are also available (for a fee).
Where we areThese miraculously undisturbed natural surroundings are not the only reason to come to Podere Tancredi. There is also the history: Etruscan settlements, medieval villages, parish churches, monasteries and castles testify to a civilization that continues to fascinate the entire world. The ancient village of Murlo, representative of many in the area, is only few kilometres from Podere. Podere is also near Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano and other villages in Chianti.
Podere Tancredi had been carefully restored, preserving the original characteristics of the structures, and it has been divided in 6 apartments, one of which is occasionally used by the owners.
