By car the Country House ‘Il Tiglio’ is easily accessible thanks to the superstrada SS76 which traverses the Esino valley and connects Rome and Ancona. Those who arrive via the coast need to exit the autostrada A14 at Ancona Nord and take the SS76 towards Fabriano/Roma.
From the SS76 take the ‘Apiro/Mergo’ junction. Just as you leave the superstrada you will see signs for the Country House ‘Il Tiglio’ immediately. Follow the road climbing upwards towards Mergo for approximately 5km, just before you reach the town you will see a sign to the right hand side, we are 500m along this road.
By aeroplane: Ancona airport ‘Raffaello Sanzio’ is well linked with many European cities. The airport is situated closeby the SS76.
By boat: Ancona Port
By train: The stations of Castelpiano or Serra San Quirico are just 10km distant.
