Situated in the heart of the Valpolicella countryside, in a wonderful hilly context, surrounded by vineyards, cherry plantations and olive groves, Villa Spinosa winery proposes to its guests a stay in Corte Spinosa farm accommodation.
Once the centre of rural life, this rustic outhouse adjacent to the villa offers charm in a background originally destined for agricultural activity but which encapsulates the history, culture and tradition of a particularly characteristic area. Corte Spinosa has a high quality self-catering accommodation, building No. 12, once home to the sharecroppers, now fully renovated. It is open all year round and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The entrance and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor of this 3-storey building. The bathroom, with shower, is located on the first floor whilst the 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 single) are located in the completely restructured attic. All rooms are furnished in keeping with the rustic feel of Corte Spinosa.
