The Capannacce is a farmhouse surrounded by 42 hectars of olive groves and nature and it's mainly involved in oil production and renting houses in a second building, not far from the main villa, to guests from all over the world.
The farm, is placed in one of the most beautiful places of the world, in the heart of Tuscany near the most important places of our history and art.
We are in Tuscany Appennino, on the Montalbano hills, in a fabulous position, with a fantastic view.
Down, in the lowland, we can see Prato, Pistoia and Florence.
Naturally you'll also have the use of the shared swimming pool.
Since 1962, we follow directly all the farming operations. and we have about 2200 olive's trees.
What we're doing from the beginning is to mantain the different variety of olive's trees, having now Leccini, Moraioli, Frantoi and Pendolini, that grant us the fantastic quality of our oil.
Following our traditions, we pick down each olive by hands, then we put it in a plastic box to bring it to the olive press, in no more than a week. The olive press, gives us back our oil and we put it in inox containers and then in normal or big (5 litres) bottles.
We follow the 2078/92 CEE reglement, to reduce the use of chemical products in agricolture, and we use to analyze our oil when the olive press gives us it back, that's why we are sure that our Extravirgin oil is perfect.

Not only, in one hour by car, you will be in Lucca, Pisa, the Versilia coast with Viareggio, famous for its carnival, Livorno, and naturally Pistoia, Prato and Firenze.
Staying more in your car, you will reach the Chianti zone with its wines, Siena, Grosseto, San Gimignano, and other smaller centres like Vinci, where Leonardo was born, and Serravalle Pistoiese, beautiful to visit.
We are lost in the peace of green, olives, and vineyards, but the nearest supermarket, drugstore or hospital, is only 15/20 minutes away...
