Casa Giulia
A luxury apartment of 250 square meters, where stylish furnishings, antique furniture and precious fabrics blend with elegance in every room and in every detail. The ground floor covers a living room of 90 square meters, complete with all modern comforts including satellite TV, a lovely, spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances and bathroom.

The first floor houses the lovely master bedroom suite, with an old "terracotta" stove and a large bathroom in Venetian stucco with separate bath and shower. Casa Giulia has also an outdoor area with pergola, barbecue and wood oven.
Casa Giulia is rented only on request.

Casa David
A luxury apartment of 250 square meters, furnished with warmth and elegance through stylish furnishings and colours.
The ground floor houses the living/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and the kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and bathroom. On the first floor, Casa David can accommodate up to 6 - 8 people with three double bedrooms, which can also be booked separately: Iris, Giacinto and Demetra descriptions as follows:

- Iris: bedroom suite of 40 square meters, four poster bed, antique wood fireplace, tv, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
- Demetra: double or twin bedroom, tv
- Giacinto: a delicious double room, tv

The Rooms Demetra and Giacinto share a large bathroom with bath. The second floor also houses a small graceful living room with sofa bed adjacent to the panoramic roof garden that looks over Ischia and Cuma. The outdoor area is well equipped with dining area and barbecue

Dependances:

Gelsomina
This is a pretty apartment of 35 square meters, in which every detail has its
own charm.
It has an entrance with a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool;
The depandance includes a double bedroom, dining area with kitchenette,
tv and ensuite bathroom.

Priscilla
This is a quaint and elegant apartment of 50 square meters, it is so divided: alcove with a four poster bed, ensuite bathroom, living room with
an antique wood fireplace, a large sofa bed and Satellite tv, the kitchen
with dining table, all the appliances.
The dependance also has a private outdoor garden.

Arancia
This is a stylish apartment french window to the garden.
The furniture blends with the elegance that distinguishes the whole Villa.
The dependance Arancia is 40 square meters and comprises of double bedroom with fireplace, tv, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino, the train station is Naples-Mergellina, both at a distance of 20 Km and the port of Pozzuoli is only a few minutes away with the ferries to the island of Capri, Ischia, Procida, Ponza, Ventotene and Sardinia.
If you desire excursions can be arranged to Naples, Caserta, Pompei, Ercolano and the coast of Amalfi - Sorrento - Positano.
Golf, riding and tennis are near by.
Meals, laundry service and massages are available on request. We are breeders of Siberian Huskies with five champions who live on a fenced ground near the property.
English is spoken and enough French and Spanish. There are five accommodations in the house of various sizes all independent from eachother.

All apartments share the garden and the swimming pool. The owner and the staff live on the premises.

Surroundings

For those who love excursions, we can organise guided tours to Solfatara, Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano, Caserta, the breathtaking Amalfi Coastline and Sorrento. For those who want to visit the islands of the Bay of Naples, from the port of Pozzuoli, just 5km away, you can get a ferry to Capri, Ischia, Procida and Ponza.

Various activities are available for the guests and for those who wish to take this opportunity, Villa Giulia offers all the information concerning museums, exhibitions and archaeological sites in the nearby Phlegraean Fields, where the source of thermal spa waters still flow today.
The Thermal Mud Baths of Agnano are very popular for therapeutic treatments and the famous "Stufe di Nerone" popular for relaxation and therapy treatments. In a short distance you can find golf and tennis courts, for those who love horse, riding, trekking is available.

Our staff will be more than happy to give you all the information on how to reach these places. If you whish you can also book lessons of Mediterranean cuisine or simply relax and enjoy lying in the sun with a glass of very good wine by the swimming pool.
