L'Aia offers country vacation / holiday apartments near Siena, Tuscany, L'Aia (the name for the old threshing floor) is located in the Tuscan countryside, just five kilometres from the centre of Siena. The grouping consists of three apartments and some individual rooms which are spaced around an open courtyard, all housed in newly renovated farm buildings. There is a regular bus service into nearby Siena, and a shop and bar are within walking distance.

L'Aia consists of a delightful group of lovingly renovated farm buildings that is made up of three self contained holiday apartments, and a fourth building with three double bedrooms (two of which have an additional sofabed), all with private bathrooms and all having use of a shared dining room with open fireplace.
