A large villa in a very nice position, the Florentine Appennino. At 6oo m. a.s.l., on the State Road Futa, the property is located into the Panna Mineral Water ecologic park and surrounded by forest larger than 15.000 square meters.

Within the property, guest can visit, among several attractions, two defense buildings of the so called Gothic Line, dating back to the 2nd World War .

From the gazebo or from the swimming pool, sipping a relaxing drink, you can enjoy the wonderful landscape of the lake Bilancino and hills surrounding Florence.
You can park your car in a big fenced parking area, while the garage is reserved to the queen of the road: your bike!
