Historic house built in at the end of the 17th century, situated on a hill 15 km from the sea and the mountains, with 17 hectares of orchards producing olives, fruit, walnuts and vegetables. On the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant run by the Fiore family that offers typical local specialities, using their own olive oil. On the upper floor there are stylishly furnished rooms and apartments.
For sport and leisure there is a swimming pool with stunning views of the rolling hills and the mountains of the Gran Sasso Italia. Mountain bikes are also available and in the immediate vicinity guests can find facilities for horse riding, tennis and fishing, and can also find the local art and culture in the nearby towns.

We recommend you visit the following: the Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso and the Monti della Laga, the Valle del Tordino, the Valle del Vibrata, the Valle del Vomano and the towns of Ascoli Piceno, Teramo, Civitella del Tronto and Castelli. Also the coastal towns of Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto and Martinsicuro. Try the local cuisine and visit the cellars where the local wine DOC and DOCG and olive oil DOP are produced.
In July and August you can visit the local gastronomic festivals of the region.
