Surroundings

The farm lies 30 minutes away from the sea, from the mountains of the National Parks of Maiella and Gran Sasso and from the thermal baths. It takes 2 hours to arrive from Rome, two hours and a half from Naples and 30 minutes from Pescara -Airport. The holding, which lies at an antique path used by the shepherds for the transhumance (moving of sheep to and from the higher pastures), has an area of 6 ha, where DOP oil (oil with EC-certification of protected origin), fruit, vegetables and spelt are produced biologically. It can be reached leaving the motorway Rome-Pescara at the exit Alanno-Scafa and then heading in the direction of Cugnoli.
