Nine incredibly quiet, welcoming and comfortable rooms are designed to look like the rooms of old farmhouses. They are named after elements of the landscape in Puglia. The antique furniture creates a welcoming environment for guests.
All the rooms have a television, bathroom, hair dryer, free wifi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.

The distance of the sea is just 6 Km, and all beachs of the south shoreline of Bari are easily reachable. The farm is part of the Scianatico Farm  which produces table and wine grapes, table and oil olives, cherries. Naturally, it's possible to spent quiet hours in the vineyards and walking in the Lama, a characteristic conformation of the ground crossed a time from a watercourse, in which is present a small oaks wood, typical of the Mediterranean spot.

Surroundings

The manor farm is an extraordinary departure and arrival point for all kinds of outings. It is a welcoming and pleasant place for visitors passing through Puglia, as well as for visitors who wish to stay longer and discover the beauty of this region.
The agritourism resort is in Rutigliano, south east of Bari, a traditional village, in area covered with vineyards and overhanging ‘tendoni’. The surrounding countryside has gentle hills and, east and west, are two “lame”, two gorges that create the strip of land the little medieval town is built on.
