Inside the relaxing quietness of ’s countriside, between verdant hills, centuries-old olive trees and the crystal clear, rises in all its white splendor the XVI century building Masseria Salinola.
The meticulous renovation of the building made it possible to discover all of its originary splendor, highlighted by the white lime and the stone inside.
Fifteen years of activity make the Masseria Salinola an ideal place where you can spend a restful time between the olive trees, patriarchs of this marvelous land, and the whirpool bath pools for the lovers of wellness.
The places’ intimate simplicity, the warm welcome of our family, and the genuineness of our cuisine are the ideal union for an unforgettable experience in the charm of the old times that can be breathed in this ancient masseria.

 
Housing

The Masseria’s section that has been turned into rooms and apartment follows strict criteria which preserve its authenticity. In ancient times, the central part used to be the landlord’s home, as it is the larger building, dominating the rest of the manor farm. All around rose the working environment with the courtyard, the employees’ habitations, the stables, the farm yard, the vegetable gardens and olive plantations.

The Hospitality is made up with double bedrooms, one-room apartments with 2/3 beds, and two-rooms apartments with 4/5 beds. All of them are equipped with bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cooking corner (apartments only), heating, fridge, satellite TV, and in some of the rooms air conditioning and internet connection is provided.

The meeting of these two make up the Masseria’s welcoming restaurant’s cuisine, which is exalted by the most prestigious guides.

During free time, bycicle trekking in the middle of the groves where olive trees rise, patriarchs of this marvelous land. For the guests who enjoy wellness, we offer our whirpool bath pools on the panoramic terraces and mediterranean gardens. Also at our guests’ disposal are internet access, satellite Wi-Fi, the solarium, bycicles for trekking, table tennis, cooking lessons, olive harvesting and food products’ sale.
