Housing

Beautiful and cosy rooms, a rich breakfast with natural and fresh products exclusively  produced by us. We can transport our hosts to the sea that is 1 km away (where we dispose of umbrellas and deck chairs) or to other localities if requested.
 
We have to disposition of the host mountain bikes and guided tours to the Circeo National Park.
 
There are 8 rooms of which 5 double rooms with the possibility of adding a cot, the 3 remaining rooms have a bunk bed per family.
 
All the rooms have a TV, bathroom services with shower and an independent entrance, the rooms are heated by a thermal fireplace and supplied with solar panels and boiler, in case of need we dispose of a room with 6 sleeping beds.

On our farm we have a marsh for aquatic bird watching.

About 3 km away from our farm there is a flying school and a riding school. Throughout the year one can practice any kind of sport including sailing and underwater immersion.

Surroundings

On can visit the forest of the Circeo full of age-old oak trees by foot or by bicycle, which is less than 1km away from the sea and from Lake Caprolace adjacent to the “Pantani dell’ Inferno” (marshland).
There is a reserve used to populate animals where about 250 bird species can be observed.
