The “Villa San Giò” farm holiday at Collevecchio Sabino, no far from Orvieto, Assisi, Viterbo and Florence is 45’ from Rome, in the green Sabine hills.

The compound of housings which consists of the Villa, the farmhouse, the park-garden and the swimming-pool, was built around its original nucleus, the sixteenth century chapel consecrated to St John (S. Giovanni). The 5 apartments near the swimming-pool, elegantly furnished with antiques, are situated on the grounds of the first farmhouse with its oil-mill and old wood burning oven still in use. Each apartments has a lounge with a small kitchen, bedroom with a king size bed.

In Springtime and Autumn seasons is celebrated gourmet wine and olive oil tasting feast.
