Appartamento - Geranio:
Apartment with mansard and terrace for 4 people, with table with 4 chairs, mansard 3 beds, bathroom, large terrace and fully equipped kitchen with electric /gas cookers, dishwasher, microwawe oven, fridge, freezer and a complete set of cutlery and kitchen utensils. TV available.

Included in the price, is the bed linen and bathroom towels which are changed on a weekly basis and the rooms are also cleaned on a weekly basis.
The beds have wooden slats and orthopaedic, anti-allergic mattresses. Blankets and duvets are supplied.
We have a private car parking area and just 200 metres from our house there is a bus service to the nearby town of Chiavari and to the train station.

Our country house also has a  swimming pool, table tennis and a mini football table.
In the surrounding area there are also horse stables , an indoor swimming pool, sailing, fishing, Tennis courts, diving, piano bars, play parks and a mini golf course (5 km) and a golf course (8 km).

Surroundings

La Madre is located on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio and is easily reached by bus or car. The area is calm and peaceful and offers a marvellous view. Only 4 km from the motorway Genova-Livorno A12 - exit at Chiavari - and 4.5 km from the railway station in Chiavari. Only 200 metres from the bus stop Chiavari-Leivi line.
