The eighteenth-century manor house called “Ca dei Conti”, is situated in the San Bartolomeo al Mare old town centre.

Originally, it was the squire’s mansion – as the name suggests – and it then became the residence of the governor of Genoa Republic. The current family has been living here for generations and, on this land, clinging to terraces stolen from the slopes and supported by dry-stone walls, has been cultivating vines and olive trees.

The careful restoration of the old hayloft, with high-quality and period materials and furniture, combines comfort and a rural atmosphere. There are three flats, it has been divided each on two floors, with day and night areas, independent entrance, double bed room, living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, bath room with shower and raised area with futon.

The building is an old country  stable  in original stone from which three apartments have been made:amber, amethyst and jade, all with an   independent entrance, each on two levels  separating living and sleeping areas .

The precise refurbishment,  with excellent finishings  as well as period furnishings, combines   comfort with  rural atmosphere;  each apartment has an  independent entrance, double bedroom, living room with fully equipped cooking area  (fridge,  gas cooker ,  electric oven and microwave oven). double divan-bed,mezzanine with futon and a bathroom with shower.

 All apartments have independent heating and air-conditioning and are supplied with kitchenware and household goods as well as satellite  television and safe,availability of washroom whit cost free washing machine.

Ca’ dei conti is an excellent starting point for visiting ancient medieval villages such as Cervo, Dolcedo and Valloria ,  the exotic gardens of Villa Hambury ,  the paleolitic Toirano grottoes or the exciting acquarium  in Genova.

Or you could choose to spend a day in the sun on the splendid beaches of the western ligurian coast (known as Riviera dei Fiori)   or enjoy the excitement of the casinos at   Sanremo  and Montecarlo on the beautiful  Cote d'Azur.
