  • Accommodation : for 10 guests (two 4-bed rooms with bathroom, 1 double-room with bathroom). 
  • Small 4 bed cottage with independent kitchen. 
  • Camping: tent sites and campers (no private cooking). 
  • For children: small swimming-pool and playing field. 
  • Children under two years free. 
  • Shuttle from Finale for school or tourist excursions and to seaside resorts on request.
  • Gluten free kitchen for person that are intolerant to the gluten

Surroundings

The bravest find here the ideal ambient for the free climbing. The Rocca di Perti  is a free climbing  training for the fans of this sport. It offers ways and itineraries of any difficulty and length. From the “one shot” to the longer ways for the fans of mountaineering. Rocca di Perti is a symbol of Finale’s climbing.

There is also the possibility to use the riding ground by the farm,  or to leave the horses after the long riding in the forest. There are many choices for the horse- riding fans who can choose their most congenial path. Riding excursions can be organised for a whole day with “open air over-night” or by other structures.
You can also arrive with your own horse; in this case you will have to pay € 6,00 for forage and overnight. Please advise us in advance to enable us to organise your arrival.

The same paths you cover with the horse can be also used by the mountain bike fans. You can hire any kind of bikes, thanks to some conventions with local companies.
