Housing

The farmhouse offers bed and breakfast and various types of accommodation: eight 2-level lofts with kitchenette, for families and groups of friends; and two rooms sleeping two or more which can also be accessed by the disabled. Each accommodation has a bathroom, air conditioning, balconies and large terraces with wonderful views.

On the ground floor guests can taste typical local products from the farm itself all grown organically.
Cascina Clarabella offers a comprehensive service for meetings, conventions and seminars. There is a large multimedia convention hall, along with meeting rooms of various sizes, a catering service for dinners and banquets – a peaceful and comfortable environment where work becomes an enjoyable opportunity for getting together.

At the farmhouse guests can go walking, trekking, cycling on hired bikes, fishing and riding (with advanced booking). There are wine tasting events at the most famous wineries in Franciacorta, entrance to beaches along the lake and golf.

This farmhouse is a great stopover on the “Brescia – Paratico greenway” – the most important and fascinating cycle and walking path in whole of the province of Brescia. Tourist guides can be booked and guests can also take part in activities and workshops organized by the Fondazione Isparo.

For young children and school-goers there are educational events throughout the various seasons and also playgrounds. Throughout the year at Clarabella various festivals are organized – environmental and cultural – and also temporary exhibitions.
Enjoyable day trips discovering the local nature, culture and wine and food will lead you to the discovery of the old villages around Lake Iseo and on Monte Isola, the peat bogs of Sebino, and the most famous cities in northern Italy.

Glorious natural scenery which ranges from lakes to woods, from high mountains to spectacular hills. The area is an ideal destination in all four seasons due to its wealth of culture, history, nature, food and wine!

Going along the shore, you can enjoy all of the evocative little spots of unparalleled beauty. From Sarnico to Lovere you can glimpse small coves interspersed with the rocky overhangs of the lakeshore, creeks, and ancient waterfront villas. From Pisogne to Paratico the shore slowly drops down to the lake, creating luxurious flatlands.

The well-preserved environment offers a wide range of sporting activities: trekking, mountain climbing, canyoning, mountain biking, canoeing, sailing and more with the aid of modern centres able to offer competent instructors and quality equipment. Enjoy a tranquil boat trip or ski down one of the slopes at the nearby ski resorts!
