Ground floor
Guests can use the big lounge with fire place which is connected to a garden. This is a place where you can spend your evenings relaxing with a glass of wine and some good conversation. Also on the ground floor you can find a spacious bedroom with 2 beds (3rd bed possible), fridge and bathroom with shower. The bathroom and entrance have also been arranged to accommodate the disabled offering maximum comfort.
 
First floor
On the first floor three apartments have been constructed, one is particularly welcoming and spacious, complete with two bedrooms (sleeps 6), capacious living-room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, suitable for a big family or a group of friends. On the same floor two one bedroom apartments have been constructed with sofa beds ( sleeps 3 ), bathroom with shower, living-room with kitchen ( two-burner stove, fridge and sink ). Ideal for those wanting to spend a peaceful holiday in touch with nature and the rural charm of the countryside.
 
Second floor
Lose yourself amidst the sweet hills of the Marche region, two one bedroom apartments have been constructed with two beds, living-room with kitchen (two-burner stove, fridge and sink), a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

Silence and tranquillity, history and noble countryside, characterising the receptivity of the agricultural tourism inside an estate of 105 wisely cultivated hectors where you can lose yourself in the spaciousness of the flat and sinuous hills. The perfume of the sea mixed with the essence of the centuries old paths of oak trees, cypress trees, pine trees, hawthorn and blackthorn lead you to the Marazzana Villa where it's lovely to take your time and walk around, daydream and meet some wild animals like hares, pheasants, turtle doves, porcupines and badgers that become company for both adventure and fun.

Surroundings

At the Marazzana you can have a peaceful walk in the surrounding areas or take a trip to the walled villages and castles of Corinaldo, Ostra, Vetere, Serra de Conti, Morro d'Alba, Piticchio and the city of Senigallia.

Furthermore, less than an hour away by car you can have some lovely day trips combined with history, culture and the delicious culinary specialities typical of the area. You simply must visit The City of Urbino, the Sanctuary of Loreto, Recanati, the birth place of the poet Leopardi, Jesi: the City of Federico II, the Castle of Gradara, historical Urbania and The Frasassi Caves. There are also lots of other little castles and villages mounted on the hills of Marche.
