The farmhouse "LE QUERCE" is located in the middle of a marvellous hilly landscape next to the natural reserve of " Gola della Rossa e Frasassi ".

The famous grotto of Frasassi (5 Km ) and the fascinating Riviera del Conero, etc...are nearly.
The rural estate consists in a 19th century farmhouse with 4 flats, an annexe and a swimmingpool with a fantastic vieuw.

While restoring the architectural particularities of the region and era have been respected as well as for the ancient furniture.
The cosy flats are equipped with all facilities and include a large living with fireplace, bedrooms, oak kitchen etc...

There are three Apartments, all part of a 19th century farmhouse, which has been recently refurbished in keeping with the original styles and features.
All the lodging have independent central heating, TV and a private outdoor space equip-ped for a pleasing stay.

Farnia Apartment
1st Floor, 70 sq. meter, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (2 Single beds), Kitchen, TV, Bathroom with Shower.

Leccio Apartment
1st Floor, 90 sq. meter, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (2 Single beds), Kitchen, Lounge with Fireplace, TV, Bathroom with Shower.

Rovere Apartment
Ground Floor, 80 sq. meter, master bedroom, Kitchen/Lounge with Fireplace, TV, Bathroom with Shower, disabled access throughout.

Roverella Dependance
